Shipping & Returns


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop Crystal Blue Vibrations. Located at 2961 Beech St, San Diego CA 92102. In-store pickup is available during our regular store hours:

Monday - Thursday: 12 pm - 9 pm 

Friday: 12 pm - 10 pm

Saturday - Sunday: 11 am - 10 pm

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready. Please go to the register and let one of our team members know you are there for a pick up order. Have your order number and name on the order available.


  • All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping charges for your order are based on weight, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • international Shipping is available. Fees will be calculated at checkout. 

  • All shipping is processed through USPS. Shipping may be subject to delays due to the carrier services. 


If you would like to return your item for any reason, we are here to help out! We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. We ask that you pay for return shipping. After we receive it and inspect the products for any damage, you will receive a full refund of the product to the original payment method.


We will not accept returns or do refunds on products that,

  • Were already discounted. Sale items are final.

  • Have visible signs of wear, use, or damage.

Please contact us if your item arrived damaged, and provide photos. We will file a claim with USPS and send you a replacement if stock is available.

All in-store sales are final and non-refundable, however if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange of equal value! Discount/sale items are final.
